Interweave is “Unitarian Universalists for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender concerns.” Our purpose is to continue the Welcoming Congregation work indefinitely, recognizing that it is never finished, and to collaborate with other church groups in extending our congregational welcome to all people.

Since 2013, church members have played key roles in the formation of the Hayward/East Bay PFLAG chapter. Our own Ruth Desmidt is currently the chapter President.

This page chronicles some of our activities. For more information, see the BGLTQ blog.
