Our Garden Group keeps the church grounds sustainable and aesthetically pleasing. We meet on Monday mornings after 10am, unless it’s raining. Any amount of time you spend with us is appreciated! While working on the grounds you can socialize, meditate, and learn about native plants. Some of our tasks…

• Weeding, pruning, composting, mulching, planting
• Maximizing the use of native, drought tolerant plants, many of which provide food and shelter for wildlife
• Planning and implementing improvement projects, both large and small
• Engaging with the church’s youth to help them learn about nature and enjoy being outdoors
• Creating and maintaining bird houses, bat houses, bee houses, and feeders for the birds and squirrels
