Purpose: To actively work to maintain safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing buildings on the church grounds

Membership and Meetings:  Membership is voluntary. There are no meetings. Assistance is welcome at any time—just ask Darryl Ray for guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Periodically check the buildings and fences for decay or damage
• Repair minor decay and damage
• Schedule and supervise exterior maintenance, e.g., gutters, painting, roof
• Prepare an annual report
