Adult Religious Education: The New UU – How We Grow in Faith
The majority of Unitarian Universalists come from other religious traditions or from no religious background at all. The “New UU” curriculum offers an introduction to Unitarian Universalism for those considering membership and for those looking to deepen their understanding of our UU theology and philosophical approaches. The New UU series addresses important themes in Unitarian Universalist congregational life: worship and theology, history, covenant and polity, religious education and faith development, social justice, and membership. Each workshop provides an opportunity for participants to interact, share stories, and become acquainted with a variety of topics related to congregational life. Everyone is welcome!
