Holy Now

“Blueboat Home” composer, Peter Meyer, wrote another song that is less well known: “Holy Now.” It says in part: “This morning, outside I stood and saw a little red-winged bird shining like a burning bush singing like a scripture verse. It made me want to bow my head. Everything is holy now…” Join us for a contemplative service reflecting on the meaning of “Holy” and how its meaning might have changed for us over the years. What do you consider Holy now? When have you felt in the presence of the Holy? How is this messy and uncertain present moment Holy? Where do you find the Holy these days?  Rev. Maria Cristina preaches.
